Jason Glasgow

Jason Glasgow

Jason specializes in project conception, development, and finance. Prior to forming Ground Matrix, he was responsible for the west coast development arm of Westbrook Partners, a top 10 global REPE firm. In addition, Jason ran acquisitions and dispositions for a Whitehall/Northstar joint venture to acquire and redevelop distressed residential projects throughout the West. From 2001 through 2007, Jason managed the Los Angeles office of O’Donnell/Atkins, participating in some of the largest housing development transactions in LA and Orange County. He is a member of the Residential Neighborhood Development Council for the Urban Land Institute.

Chris Foley

Chris specializes in entitlement, financial analysis and land acquisition. Chris works with some of the largest clients in Northern and Southern California including Tishman Speyer, Lennar Urban, TMG Partners, Morgan Stanley, The Pauls Corporation, CIM Group, Trumark Urban and others. Over the past decade, Chris has brokered and consulted on land transactions involving over 10,000 condominium residences and apartments. Since 2012, Chris has brokered over $400 million of development projects for clients in the San Francisco area. Chris spends his time and expertise helping non-profit organizations such as the Homeless Prenatal Program, Sword to Plowshares, Family House and United Playez; he is also a board member at the Chinese American International School in San Francisco and the East Cut CBD.

Jake Levinson

Jake Levinson

Jake Levinson specializes in San Francisco tenant representation, leasing, and capital markets. Jake has represented some of the most prevalent tenants, landlords, and buyers of commercial real estate in the Bay Area. Tenants include Monster.com, Mollie Stone’s Markets, ResMed (NYSE: RMD), and Stander Reubens Thomas Kinsey. Over the past four years, Jake has brokered over $100 Million in property sale transactions and leased just over 200,000 square feet of commercial space throughout San Francisco. Jake graduated from both Terry J. Lundgren School of Retailing and the Eller School of Business at the University of Arizona, majoring in Retail Management and Entrepreneurship. Jake sits on the board of Jewish Learning Works, an organization dedicated to refining Jewish curriculum in Bay Area religious schools and the Discover Polk CBD, an organization representing the interests of local merchants and Polk Street residents.

Alex Fee

With a focus in Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, and Landlord Representation; Alex Fee imposes a 360 degree approach to Real Estate. Alex is able to maximize value and success to his clients, while operating with an acute level of expertise across an expansive list of transaction types.
Alex graduated from Chico State University in Northern California with a Major in Accounting. After a few years in the Accounting/Finance sector, a transition to Real Estate ensued. The analytical skills and fundamental understanding of accounting and finance is often leveraged in Alex’s approach to Real Estate projects.

Jerry Adamson

Jerry Adamson specializes in navigating through complex commercial real estate lease and sale transactions over most asset classes; office, industrial, retail and multi-family. His major clients include growing technology companies, professional service firms, family trusts and institutional real estate investors. He is analytical and strategic when considering opportunities and emphasizes clear communication to ensure a smooth transaction. Jerry Adamson graduated from California State University, Chico in 2012 with a Major in Business Entrepreneurship and Minor in Spanish.

Fanny Zha

Fanny Zha is the Managing Director in charge of our the Ground Matrix International Team. Prior to joining GM, Fanny was with Burr Pilger Mayer specializing in International tax planning and compliance for private equity and hedge funds focused on high tech and the real estate industry. She was able to leverage extensive connections in Asia, particularly China, for several productive pre-IPO, EB-5 investment, and venture capital raises. Now, she brings that deep network to provide direct value for our clientele.

Kevin Bixler

Kevin Bixler

Kevin Bixler is the Managing Director covering Northern California for Ground Matrix. Prior to joining GM, Kevin worked as the Director of Acquisitions for Trumark Urban in the city of San Francisco. As a graduate of the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley–his knowledge of finance, economics and market analysis is key to the valuation and negotiation process. Kevin is a Bay Area native and an active Young Leader of the Urban Land Institute.

Asher McInerney

Asher is a 6th generation San Franciscan. A 2000 graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep, he earned his B.A. at Tulane University and his trilingual Masters in European and International Business Management from Deusto University in Bilbao. He interned for Intel in Ireland where he worked with the Asset Strategy Manager responsible for Intel’s European, Mediterranean and African real estate portfolio. Asher has worked in residential real estate since 2005 where he has developed significant expertise in multi-unit project sales and development, and land acquisition and entitlement. Asher supports a number of local charitable organizations and is a member of the Order of Malta.

Clayton Demski

Clayton Demski

Clayton Demski’s focus on operational functions brings a seamless workflow to the Ground Matrix Office and Industrial team in prospecting, analysis, and consulting. While his unrelenting resourcefulness and enthusiasm are value adds in all fields, his strength is communication. Raised in a family of avid real estate enthusiasts, Clayton has been around the business since childhood, absorbing knowledge and building connections before he even knew it.

Clayton graduated from UCLA with a major in Economics in 2020, where he spent two years on the Bruins’ football team, followed by two years as an executive in his fraternity, each providing him invaluable experience that he carries over to his professional relationships. Clayton’s knowledge of markets, paired with his poise and enthusiasm, provides a clear, approachable experience for clients.
