Kevin Bixler is the Managing Director covering Northern California for Ground Matrix. Prior to joining GM, Kevin worked as the Director of Acquisitions for Trumark Urban in the city of San Francisco.

As a graduate of the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley–his knowledge of finance, economics and market analysis is key to the valuation and negotiation process. Kevin is a Bay Area native and an active Young Leader of the Urban Land Institute.
